The following terms and conditions govern the sale of tickets for cultural events via the internet shop madprg.com operated by GY Investments sro (hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”) and all contractual customer relationships resulting therefrom. The Terms of Business stated below are valid from 1.10.2020.

Ticket sales transactions are performed via the internet shop madprg.com, which offers tickets exclusively in the form of an E-Ticket. An e-ticket is an electronic ticket with QR Code sent to the e-mail of the purchaser. Its validity is verified through a unique code identifying the ticket owner when entering the event.

The ticket price is quoted in Czech koruna (CZK) including the statutory rate of value added tax. The ticket price given during online sale is final. The prices of tickets displayed on this website are solely decided by the operator.

Tickets on madprg.com can be paid by:

Online card – VISA, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD, Maestro and Diners Club cards. It is possible to use cards issued by any banking institution.
PayPal

Tickets on madprg.com are in the form of an E-Ticket. It is delivered in electronic form in the following ways:

By e-mail to the address the customer filled out during booking.

Paid admissions are not refundable unless otherwise stated for a particular action.
If a particular action is subject to individual cancellation conditions that allow for the return of the ticket fee, the ticket fee will be returned to the customer if these conditions are met, but the amount refunded will be deducted by the transaction fee. The amount of the transaction fee depends on the method of payment chosen by the customer when purchasing the ticket. Reimbursement of the admission is possible only by Paypal (customer must provide Paypal details).
If the operator terminates the action altogether, the customer who provided the operator with his or her contact (email, telephone) via that contact will be notified that the action is canceled. The operator does not bear any liability to the customer in the event that the customer can not reach the contact in time.
In the event of a cancellation by the operator, the operator will return the ticket only in the amount of the purchased ticket in the following ways: Paypal.
